National Fentanyl Prevention and Awareness day - 8/21/22
Fentanyl is unlike other drugs that get the user hooked and taken down a road of addiction. It is a poison being laced in prescription pills purchased online and laced in other drugs killing the user with no second chance or option for recovery. SOFA is proud to work with Erin and Rick Rachwal and their foundation Love, Logan Foundation to help create awareness and provide education locally and nationally to save lives and inspire action.
educating the masses - this massive digital billboard located in Times Square (New York) at Broadway and W 43rd Street will soon be updated to bring awareness to millions that Fentanyl is America's new "F" word.
“Fentanyl is the single deadliest drug threat our nation has ever encountered,” said Administrator Anne Milgram. “Fentanyl is everywhere. From large metropolitan areas to rural America, no community is safe from this poison. We must take every opportunity to spread the word to prevent fentanyl-related overdose death and poisonings from claiming scores of American lives every day.”

Love, Logan, a family-run organization in the process of becoming a nonprofit. We started Love, Logan in memory of our 19-year old son who lost his life to fentanyl poisoning on February 14, 2021. We are located in Southeast Wisconsin, just west of Milwaukee.
Mission
Our mission is to save lives through increased support and education in the community, to end the stigma associated with mental health and drug addiction and to raise awareness of the dangers of Fentanyl.
Song for Charlie is a national family-run nonprofit charity dedicated to raising awareness about ‘fentapills’ — fake pills made of fentanyl.
Mission
Growing up in our fast-paced world is stressful. Song for Charlie is a national family-run, nonprofit charity that encourages young people to choose healthy coping strategies over self-medication. We empower students to learn and share knowledge by providing research tools and promoting peer-to-peer learning programs.

In 2014, 19 year old Archie Badura was one of the 622 people who died of an opioid overdose in Wisconsin.
Archie’s family did not want his death to be in vain, and started an awareness campaign to highlight the dangers of opioids and the toll that substance use disorder can have on families.
SOFA - Saving Others For Archie
The mission of SOFA INC. shall be to serve grassroots education and awareness efforts in the furtherance of substance use prevention through raising awareness of the relationship between substance use disorder and mental health issues.
